Welcome to Todmorden Cricket Club's Junior section!
 
As part of this fantastic new club website we as a committe hope to use it to keep both parents and children upto date with developments and news regarding junior cricket at the club.
 
After the amazing response our training sessions last year we have now entered an under 9s team to add to the current well established under 11s, 13s, 15s and 17s teams.  The junior subscription fee this year is £21 with an additional £1 every game.
 
As shown the training sessions this year will once again start at 6:00 and the good news for the parents is that we are looking to open the bar from 6:00 so no longer do you have to sit in the sun empty handed, you are welcome to use the bar for refreshments alcoholic or otherwise!  All training will be conducted and supervised by fully trained and qualified coach's.

Although as strong as it has been for a long time, as a committe still need all the help we can get and any transport to games or maybe attendance at the training sessions is always gratefully accepted so if anyone is wishing to volunteer please don't hesitate to speak to any of the team managers listed!
 
On another note should any of the kids have any kit that they have grown out of it would be much appreciated if any of this could be donated to the club who will then pass on to younger children as we realise the expense that can be involved in purchasing cricket gear.  Also this year at Tod C.C we have attracted a players sponsor and we have changed our kit supplier so that all the seniors and the juniors can all look professional and together as a club.  If you would like to buy your own new club clothing then please follow the 'club shop' link.

                                                   
 
A date for the diary for the forthcoming season is Wednesday 27th of April, from 5:30 onwards this is both the night of the first training session and also 'signing on night' for all junior players, nothing too boring just a quick form to fill in then we can get on with the cricket!
 
Finally we hope that we can build on a fantastic 2010, we have the same managers in place and with all juniors a year older we feel that we are well placed for an even better 2011. We welcome everyone with open arms and really hope that you can come down and really feel part of the place and the club
